Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered on merchandise, personal sessions, group classes, memberships, auto-renewals, or penalties for no-shows/late cancellations.
Personal Sessions
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To respect our instructors’ time, Personal Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Platinum Membership
12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled group class are considered Late Cancellations and are subject to a penalty.
Late Cancellation Penalty: $15 charge
No-Show Penalty: $30 charge
You can book up to 1 class per day
Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable

Single Class & Class Packs

Membership Freeze Policy
(Applies to memberships started on or after July 8th, 2025)
Monthly-Billed Memberships: You may freeze your membership for up to 14 consecutive days per calendar year.
Pay-in-Full Memberships: You may freeze your membership for up to 30 consecutive days per calendar year.
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance via email or text. Freezing your membership will delay your billing and renewal date by the same number of days requested. For example: If you freeze for 5 days, your next billing date will be pushed back by 5 days.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGE / CANCELLATION PROCESS
To request a membership change, pause, or cancellation, members may submit a request through our Membership Change / Cancellation Request Form. You may also submit a request by contacting us at info@korepilates.com or by texting 213-723-2938.
Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next contract renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current contract term. Mid-term cancellations are not permitted.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days.
