Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered on merchandise, personal sessions, group classes, memberships, auto-renewals, or penalties for no-shows/late cancellations.

Personal Sessions

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To respect our instructors’ time, Personal Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Free Demo Class

  • Offer available to new clients only

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled group class are considered Late Cancellations and are subject to a penalty.

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show Penalty: $10 charge

Intro 4-Pack and 8-Pack

  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

  • No Show Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

  • Intro offer available to new clients only

  • No pausing or freezing allowed

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Intro Packs are non-transferable and non-shareable.

Silver and Gold Memberships

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled group class are considered Late Cancellations and are subject to a penalty.

  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

  • No-Show Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

  • No rollover of unused classes

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable

  • Prices are subject to change

Platinum Membership

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled group class are considered Late Cancellations and are subject to a penalty.

  • Late Cancellation Penalty: $15 charge

  • No-Show Penalty: $30 charge

  • You can book up to 1 class per day

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable

  • Prices are subject to change

Single Class & Class Packs

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled group class are considered Late Cancellations and are subject to a penalty.

  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

  • No Show Penalty: Forfeit of 1 class

Membership Freeze Policy

(Applies to memberships started on or after July 8th, 2025)

  • Monthly-Billed Memberships: You may freeze your membership for up to 14 consecutive days per calendar year.

  • Pay-in-Full Memberships: You may freeze your membership for up to 30 consecutive days per calendar year.

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance via email or text. Freezing your membership will delay your billing and renewal date by the same number of days requested. For example: If you freeze for 5 days, your next billing date will be pushed back by 5 days.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION OPTIONS

Cancel anytime before your next renewal using any of the following methods:

  • Kore Pilates App: Go to the “More” tab → “Manage or Cancel Contracts”

  • Mindbody App: Tap “Profile” → “Settings” → “Manage or Cancel Contracts”

  • Kore Pilates Website: Go to the Schedule page → Log into My Account → Click “Passes” → Select “Manage or Cancel Contracts”

You may also cancel by contacting us at info@korepilates.com or by texting 213-723-2938. Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to stop further charges.
