Katie specializes in postural alignment, mobility, and endurance training. She is a certified contemporary Pilates instructor trained on all apparatuses through Stott Pilates. Having experienced back pain herself, Katie believes Pilates can unlock incredible mobility and freedom of movement. She loves empowering clients to believe in their ability to move better and improve their bodies.

DIANNE KWON

Dianne discovered Pilates after experiencing multiple injuries from a few of her fitness activities. She found Pilates to be the safest, most enjoyable, and most effective way to tone and condition the whole body. She fell in love with Pilates right away—so much so that she decided to become a fully certified instructor through Pilates Sports Center in Encino, CA! She teaches with an athletic style, focusing on functional movement, strength, mobility, and weight management. Dianne is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness and health goals through safe, effective, and thoughtfully designed classes. She’s passionate about sharing the many benefits of Pilates with her clients.

SUSANA WOO

Susana is a classically trained and certified Pilates instructor who specializes in mobility and strength training. Her passion for health, fitness, and movement brings versatility and depth to her teaching. She’s happy to be part of her clients’ journeys—not only in helping them achieve their fitness goals, but also in discovering a little more about themselves along the way.

ROBERT PEREZ

Robert is a classically trained and fully certified Pilates instructor on all apparatuses through The Lab program. With over 10 years of personal Pilates practice, he brings both experience and insight to his teaching. Robert loves learning from his clients every day and has a talent for helping them connect more deeply with their bodies—guiding them to explore new layers and nuances in their practice.

ARIEL KASHANCHI

Ariel is a certified Pilates instructor with a background in both contemporary and athletic styles, and over 10 years of experience training clients and mentoring fellow instructors. Her form-focused approach helps clients get the most out of every workout while reaching their fitness goals. With advanced certifications in all apparatuses and specialties in pre- and postnatal training and injury rehab, Ariel leads fun, varied workouts that challenge and support clients at every level. Ariel helps clients build a deeper connection with their bodies that extends into daily life.

CRYSTAL PACK

Crystal is a comprehensively certified contemporary Pilates instructor with a passion for helping clients manage pain. As a former black belt Taekwondo athlete, she struggled with chronic back pain for over a decade and explored many treatments before discovering Pilates. She immediately connected with Pilates and found it significantly improved her back pain. Inspired to help others, Crystal became an instructor to guide clients in rehabilitation and to help them regain confidence in their movement. She loves that Pilates is low-impact and accessible to all body types.

ALLIE MIKS

Allie is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a specialization in Dance from BASI Pilates. As a dancer and choreographer, she enjoys integrating the dynamics of dance and her dance education into her Pilates teaching. Passionate about all things related to the body—movement, strengthening, flexibility, and injury prevention/rehabilitation—Allie loves helping people discover new challenges, connect with the details of their bodies, and find joy in movement.

JESS YOON

Jess is a fully certified Classical Pilates instructor in all apparatuses and levels through Whole Body Method Pilates and BASI Pilates. She began her fitness journey as a snowboard instructor and has practiced meditation for over a decade. Jess believes Pilates is one of the most practical ways to build a strong mind-body connection. EUNICE LEE

Eunice completed her Pilates Reformer certification from Barre Body AU in 2023 and has been practicing Pilates since 2018. In her classes, clients can expect fun, challenging, and sweaty sessions—so be prepared to feel sore (in a good way) the next day! Her goal as an instructor is to help clients discover the transformative power of Pilates by feeling comfortable in their bodies, noticing positive changes, and becoming stronger with each class.

DEBBIE MCADAMS

Debbie is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
A lifelong dancer, she was introduced to Pilates at age 16 as part of her training. After years of working in physical therapy—helping post-injury and post-surgery patients regain mobility—she returned to Pilates to combine her rehabilitation experience with her passion for movement. Debbie is committed to helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mental well-being through mindful, effective exercise. She focuses on setting realistic, attainable goals so each client can experience steady, sustainable progress.
