Photography and Media Release

I give permission for Kore Pilates to take or use photographs and/or video of me, including incidental inclusion in group photos or background footage, for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes in print or digital formats.

I waive any right to inspect or approve such media or to receive compensation.

Lost or Damaged Property

Kore Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. I am solely responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings while on studio premises or participating in any Kore Pilates activities.

Pregnancy Policy

All prenatal clients must provide a doctor’s clearance before beginning any Pilates class or session.

Pregnant clients may only attend Beginner or All Levels classes through the first trimester (up to 12 weeks). Beyond 12 weeks, participation is limited to private sessions for the safety of the client and baby. All pregnant clients must inform the instructor of their pregnancy.

Minor Participation Policy

A parent or legal guardian must sign a separate waiver on behalf of any minor under age 18.

For minors age 16–17, a parent/guardian must be present for the first visit.

Minors under age 16 must be accompanied at all times.

Minors under age 13 are not permitted on Kore Pilates premises or at off-site Kore Pilates events.

Cancellation Policy

Group classes require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Personal sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed, late-canceled, or rescheduled appointments/classes with insufficient notice are subject to penalty (see Terms & Conditions for details).

Tardiness Policy

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time may be denied entry.

Reasons include:

  • Disruption to the flow and safety of the class.

  • Safety risks due to missing warm-up exercises.

  • Instructor distraction and risk to others during late set-up.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on memberships, auto-renewal payments, group classes, personal sessions, merchandise, or late cancellation/no-show penalties.

Waitlist Policy

Each class allows up to 3-4 people on the waitlist. If a class does not show a “Book” or a “Waitlist” button, then the waitlist is full.

To be notified of openings, clients must be opted into email or text alerts in their account settings.

If a spot opens more than 12 hours before class, clients are automatically enrolled and subject to cancellation policies.

If using a limited-membership plan and added from the waitlist beyond your class credits, you will be charged for a Single Class.
